Where are we located?Fetti Party Boutique is located in New Orleans, Louisiana. We service and provide balloon delivery for special events and occasions in Greater New Orleans and surrounding areas. At this time we do not cater to events outside of this area, but feel free to submit a message on our "Join the party" page to tell us more about your out of area event. Our team will contact you to let you know if we are able to assist you or recommend another qualified vendor in your area.

I don't see an item that I love on your page, can I place custom order?"Yes! If you'd like to create your own custom balloon order for your special occasion, visit our "Do It Yourself" tab to place a custom order. Remember to leave any specific instructions on your desired balloon type, color, and size if it differs from the available options. We will reach out to you within 48 hours to finalize your details.

How long do balloons take to ship to my location?A Balloon delivery can take anywhere from 3-7 business days, but may vary depending on the economy and standard shipping times in our area. We will update you on your tracking time, and if there are any delays, a member of our team will call you directly to keep you updated.

If I order a Signature Balloon Bundle, do I have to inflate it or set it up?"Not at all! Signature Balloon Bundles come with free delivery and set up. This means that you place an order, pick a date, and our team will personally deliver your bundle to your event location. We'll stay to make sure it's properly inflated and set up with no problems, for the perfect instagrammable event.

Do you offer refunds?We do not currently offer refunds. All sales are final. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, our customer service team will reach out to offer a fair solution. Our team is small and works very diligently to ensure there are no errors with any orders, but in the event that an item is damaged or deflates involuntarily due to factors out of anyone's control, we will refill the order. If any items are severely damaged by the customer or customer's party, items will gladly be replaced, but there will be an additional cost.

My event is several months away from now, is there any way to book a specific date in advance?"Yes! Our schedule fills up fast so we always recommend booking in advance, even if your event is 6 months away. Click on our "SAVE THE DATE" tab at the top of our page. Here you can pay an event deposit to confirm your spot on our events calendar and worry about confirming your Balloons later! A Fetti Party Boutique team member will reach out to you to confirm your event date and to talk Fetti Party details.
